Core Sessions are five-week programs with four days of classes a week. During our Core Sessions, we focus on maintenance, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Every workout is different and engages all major muscle groups.
Core Sessions include:
- 10 Kaia cross-training workouts
- 5 Kaia Flow workout (Power Yoga or Pilates)
- 5 Kaia Ventures (long and steady run or walk)
